-Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Lebanon, and we ship all across the country.

-How long does shipping take?

Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

-Do you offer delivery outside Lebanon?

Not at the moment. We’re currently focused on local delivery, but international shipping is coming soon!

-What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Cash on delivery (COD)
Bank transfer
Mobile payments (e.g., OMT/Western Union)
Online payment (credit/debit cards) will be available soon.

-What’s your return policy?

If your item is defective or not as described, you can return it within 3 days of receiving it. Contact us, and we’ll take care of it — no hassle.

-Are your products tested or guaranteed?

Yes! We test or inspect each item before shipping. We only sell products we trust and would use ourselves.

-Do you install the products?

We don’t currently offer installation, but most of our accessories are DIY-friendly. We’ll be adding video guides and tutorials soon!
